SWTOR Chapter IV Gravestone Bug

Chapter IV Gravestone: Talk to HK 55 After using the portal to gravestone from the mission with Koth HK 55 is nowhere to be found. The gravestone doors are non accessible and I've traversed the map ...

you have to summen him as a companion than he comes back and you can talk to him (I know its a bity late and you properly alreadsy fixed it but for everybody that still has this problem)

@bcasner

What @wpxswolf suggested is the right idea. If that still doesn't work, using the Emergency Fleet Pass and then resetting the Chapter should work. You cannot be inside a phase when you reset a mission.
