Hello, I'm on story mission Chapter XI: Disavowed. I can not pass the security door. None of the panels are intractable, and resetting phase doesn't help. I took a break from playing this game for awhile but due to the Mando hype I wanted to come back. I would ask for help on the forums, but i can't make a post unless im a subscriber? I also can't get customer or technical support unless i'm a subscriber too? Well what on earth do I do?

I just installed the game, and I reset the mission/phase. I tele'd out to a hub and back and still nothing. The reddit post you linked says there are 4 panels, I found all 4 panels and can not click on any of them. Not sure what else to do other than uninstall and give up.
Even though I just installed the game I will run a repair. I'm not trying to be "that guy" but how on earth does this game not have a customer support option for free to play players? I mean I bought the game when it first came out, and I've made in game purchases. What kind of message does this send to new players? You can't even access the forums without paying for a sub.

Yes swtor do not let every tom dick and harry post on the swtor.com forum area and is designated for subscribers
I can understand they dont want all the haters just posting shit everyday

I think I will just give up on this. Every person playing the game should have a fair and open access to the forums AND more importantly customer support. I'm not jumping through hoops to try and get this bug fixed, this game isn't worth it. Thank you for the help today, but SWTOR just lost another player.
