SWTOR Continuing Subscription Charge 2 Months After Cancellation
Hi,
I cancelled my swtor subscription roughly two months ago, however my account continues to be charged £8.99 each month. After the first time I was willing to wave it off as a timing issue, however after receiving the most recent receipt I wish to have this resolved (and be fully refunded). Is this possible without having to contact support via a phone call? ie; some sort of live chat service? or even a simple process that probably doesn't even need my input? I'm sure it is clear to find the error.

Ensure the subscription is cancelled you need to click the "Cancel your Subscription" at the bottom of the page and no tick should be against a plan
If it isnt there remove your credit card information until this is sorted.
