I just purchased the deluxe upgrade on EA.com and got the code, however when I entered the code, it tells me that the code is already been used, and I did not receive subscriber status.
Can someone assist me on this please?

swtor account / displayname ?
I presume you included the code in the the email to support@swtor.com
is flagged with support to check the account and they have your email , maybe an hour or so before a response just for awareness
will provide a response from support when they get to your account in the queue , been a delay as there has been a backend issue occur as well
just be aware chargeback result in an automatic account lock on both the swtor account and linked ea account , so would suggest that is not a path you want to follow
just wait out
your account is disabled, you will need to call swtor support when the lines are open
when you do, give the code to the advisor as well and they can verify it and grant whatever is missing
