Hello,
I started a new subscription via Swtor.com for 14.99 However I received two emails one from EA with order confirmation, then a second email from Swtor with another confirmation. I checked my account and have 2 charges and 2 order numbers. Lines are not available. Who do I speak too about getting the second charge refunded?
Update: My bank shows both 14.99 charges are processed.

I can ask support what is best for you to get this sorted when they are online for the day in about 8 - 9 hrs
otherwise calling is quickest way to get this sorted when the lines are open
Support have said if you can give them a call they can assist with refunding one of the charges
I call 1-855-345-2186 for the passed two days and all I get is nobody is available at this time. I even went as far as putting in a ticket.
Do you have a number other then this one I can call?
