How did you do the repair ? was it this ?
I deleted BitRaider folder didnt work later tried delete xfr files didnt work again
Couple of further options
Delete the file called diskcachearena found at C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\BioWare\Star Wars-The Old Republic\swtor
then try deleting the bitraider folder then see if it persists
Can also try the launcher repair utility here
Worst case scenario you may be best switching to non streaming launcher
No didn't work again last chance,, how can i change streaming to non-stream? ☹️
