SWTOR freezing during combat

Hello,

I have recently returned to SWTOR and have recently discovered a bug when playing the game. Last night I completed the download and continued on my story in Chapter 10 of the Knights of the Fallen Empire. In the middle of combat and also cut scenes and every once in a while but very rare, I freeze. When I am going through any cut scene and any time I engage in combat, during this time, I will freeze for a good 5 to 10 seconds. The sound will still be on but the freeze will still be there then the game will continue as normal. I will list the steps that I have taken to fix the issue below. I will also include my DX diag. Please give steps that I may try to fix this issue that I have not been able to do. 

Steps I have taken:

1. Remove the Bitfolder in the main install folder of SWTOR and cause the launcher to redownload and verify game integrity. 

2. Move all graphic settings to Low

3. Make sure no programs such as SWTOR were causing conflicts. So far no issues have shown to cause conflicts.

4. Graphic drivers are up to date.

5. Sound and BIOS drivers are up to date.

6. I have tried a character on a different server but the issue still shows up. 

7. I have moved from Fullscreen to fullscreen (windowed)

8. I have lowered the Resolution from 1920x1080 to 1600x900

9. I have Ran the EXE and also the launcher as Admin.

10. I have made sure the process for SWTOR is ran as top priority 

11. I have also taken apart my entire pc and cleaned out any dust that could cause over heat.

12. All temps are in proper areas to where no overheating is being caused.

13. I do not have any overclocks engaged. 

14. This is the only game that is freezing as I have tested other games. 

15. I have opened all ports laid out by EA for SWTOR through my Router. 

16. I am also a subscriber.
