SWTOR Game Time Code not working

I bought a game time code from Amazon, and when I went to redeem the code on the site, it said there was a verification error and when I erased it and went to redeem the code again, it said the code had already been used. I've already emailed support with the code, but I thought I'd try here as well.

My SWTOR Account is:  platinumtemplar

    I have let them know you haven't received an email , it was asking you to call support , but that isnt needed now , am trying to get the ticket raised back to the agent that picked it up originally for you

    email the code into support@swtor.com from the email used on the swtor account 

    have flagged to check account , response will be in about 7 hrs when support are online for the day

  • Do I need to send them the code again? I sent it along with the email when I sent in a ticket.

    Support have your code however cant add the gametime until the below is sorted 

    To fix the account You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona asardetemplari (not SLDFSpectreSix your posting on now) that EA account uses a Yahoo email address (different email from swtor)

    use the following link to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

    for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

    let me know if you get that sorted and can recheck for the gametime

  • I know you don't work for EA, but thank you for your help. Support was able to get me the time.
