SWTOR I can't retrieve my account

I have a beta/Collectors Edition account that I haven't played for quite some time. Yesterday I decided to try to log in and re-subscribe to the game to catch up on whats been done in the last few years and the security app I had set up is now asking for a serial number that I do not have.

I cannot log in to my account without a security key, I never get the option to deal with a lost security key, it just constantly says login failed. I cannot even change my password without the security key and that route also does not give me the option to remove my security key.

I have both the app and the old physical key that came with the CE edition, the physical key gives a set of numbers, but the website doesn't accept them as a key when I put them in.

The account name is Ashes_Arizona and I have access to the email the account is associated with and actions that require a text notification from EA still come to my phone but I cannot access my SWTOR account at all because there appears to be no way to recover the account and get around the security key even though all my other EA level account access stuff works fine.

I have also emailed the support email for SWTOR and have received no response in two days so far. I see there are many others with the same issue here and I see no official information as to how to resolve this issue as there is no way to directly contact support other than email and they are not responding.
