SWTOR Launcher stuck after clicking on "LOG IN"

A few hours ago, everything worked just fine. Came back, logged in... And got stuck logging in. It just keeps displaying the swirly loady icon over and over and over in the launcher. Occasionally it ...

    Hey everyone!
     
    We have completed the switch to a different ISP, and are showing recovery across all of the West Coast servers. There will still be some trouble connecting as everyone tries to log in at once, but it will clear up soon.
     
    If you're still having problems logging in, back all the way back your desktop and open the Launcher again and attempt to connect.

I already did this, as one of the troubleshooting steps I mentioned in my post. It didn't help.
