SWTOR permanent ban

I've been playing this game since beta, i preordered it at 2012 and i never done anything that would harm this game or it's owners in any way, but 3 days ago i got a mail telling me they ban me for "Intention to buy, sell, or auction (or host or facilitate the ability to allow others to buy, sell or auction) an Account or game characters, items, credits or copyrighted material, or any other intellectual property owned or controlled by BioWare or our licensors without first obtaining our express written permission." but i NEVER DONE THAT !!! I'm playing this game 4 years or so, i have so many things i would never even use any exploit or anything to not get banned...
I sent them an email to swtoraccountdisputes @ bioware.com and got no answer, so i called them and they told me to send a mail... so i sent another mail and still no answer...
I saw a lot of threads like that, where ppl sent emails and support haven't responded in a month or even more, so i'm posting this message here to get any kind of support. (but i bet i'll get a message telling me to send another mail, or to call them 5th time...)

They never ban players for doing nothing, so I'm betting that you are not telling the full story. In any case, sending an e-mail to the accountdisputes address is the right course of action and then you just have to be patient. Calling Customer Service won't help because they are a different team, and sending additional e-mails will only make it worse.

It takes some time to investigate your account, and then they will either lift the ban and grant you some compensation, or they find that the ban was warranted.

i'm not telling the full story that's true, but i haven't done anything bad, we've been just joking with my friend to another friend that i sold lvl10 medpack to a guy for 100m for a spot in my raid team, what was a joke and i haven't sold anything, i don't have that 100m, and this guy is not in my raid team... but how they could ban me for that? they had no proofes of anything, because i haven't done anything... it's like putting ppl in a jail for an intention to do something, they haven't done anything and are innocent, but they will put them in a jail just to be sure ?!

They do monitor chat and even if you're joking, they take this seriously. There have been players who made fun of credit sellers and got banned for that because CS thought they were credit sellers themselves.

When you send a mail to accountdisputes, always tell the full story because they can see why you were banned and if you can't convince them that it's a joke, they won't unban you.

Are you sure it was an official email? Because that kind of phrasing sounds like the phrasing that phishers use when trying to get your info.

Official mails should be addressed to you by name ("Dear John Smith..." for example), and not to your email account name or something more general ("Dear [edit: email address removed]..", "Dear player...", Dear...." are some examples). When I played WoW, used to get similar messages all the time, even if you can't pick up on the inevitable grammar mistakes or spelling errors, the header/greeting can be a dead giveaway.

Not sure if this was the case, but it helps to be aware of how to tell a legit emial from a scam/phishing email. And phishing/scamming emails will use language designed to send you into a panic so that you won't look too closely at the url you're clicking to "resolve the issue", or too closely at the email address they provide.

If it was legit, you may just have to wait on the email reponse, they did recently take care of an exploit situation, and there were some false positives, they may still be resolving some (would think they'd be done by now).

@Raidell thanks, but i don't even know if it was an issue, because they haven't told me anything, even if i would sell that medpack (which i didn't) they couldn't ban me for that because noone get any real profit from that except one in game, it's like selling wings or crest for credits to a player, i know many guilds do that and noone got banned for that, that's why i'm so confused

@Rorhi that was a legit mail because i got it from "support @ swtor.com" and my account is banned, can't login in launcher, and when i login on page i can see i'm banned, can't even post messages on forums

anyway thanks, i'll try to be patient...

l was ban from swtor apparently someone went on my account it was either a friend or my brother and trolled general chat with abusive paedophilic comments which resulted in my chat getting squelched when l came back l did not notice it and decided to ignore it the next day l got a email telling me what happened at first l thought It was hacker messing with my account so l told them it might be a hacker they did not even bother to read my email and just responded with something like we did a investigation on your account and you did say those things and l am here telling them it was not me but they will not listen l emailed them twice trying to explain this just breaks my heart l spent so much time on this game for it to just get banned like that without any notice as well.
