Hello, i tried to purchase Cartel Coins with my bank card, site gave error and said that my card was not accepted yet it took some money from my account and did not give anything in return.
Just because i am not subbed to the game, i cannot contact the customer support, how am i supposed to sub if the game does not accept my money at first?

In my case i buyed an 60 days Abo through paypal. Paypal shows me the transaction, but after an Error on the SWTOR page i didn't get any playtime.
If you were charged but did not receive your coins you will need to call Customer service to have them credit you the coins or procpro a refund it there is a payment issue.

EA QV TeamIf by some amount you mean a small pending transaction (about 1 dollar/euro/pound, or 60rub for example), that would be a pre-authorization charge that automatically expires/refunds after a few business days.
