Swtor Referral link bug ?

I wanted to use the referral link of an friend but the website said this account is not eligebal or something like that. Im preferred player at the moment

In addition to what @Ahrngrim asked, you'll also need to make sure that your account has had a previous subscription, and that it's been at least 90 days since your last subscription expired.
