I FIXED IT I JUST OPENED THE GAME IN 800x600 Resolution and it worked
Try going to %LocalAppData%\SWTOR\swtor\settings, paste the attached client_settings.txt and rename it to client_settings.ini (it won't let me attach .ini files).
It's from my PC at 1920x1080, Fullscreen (Windowed), Very Low graphics preset.
The settings file is completely empty though

Best thing to do initially when it goes like this is to simply press the ALT + Enter keys to go to window mode
So does that mean you are running in super low res and settings at the moment or we’re you able to configure things back to your optimal settings?
I tried going into my ini file and pasted those settings things but the game won’t start up anymore.
I deleted it for now and I’ll try again on my day off or something
