I can not seem to log into TOR anymore as my security key is not working. It says i first need an Activation Code to type in to then go in and activate the security key generator. PLEASE HELP!!!!

Try a different browser , have also seen some say they used their phone to browse and it worked ok
ensure this is not using the launcher and is via a web browser to www.swtor.com
if all else fails you need to phone CS

Using skype with that contact is a free call to the best of my knowledge, that number is only available as per the hours listed (Support available from 9.00 CT - 21.00 CT) so need to confirm time zone etc
I have my old serial number still in my notes from when i got the app on my old phone; however, the code still does not work when i log in. BUT, just to try, I changed my account pass, typed in my SN, then proceeded to use the code generator to use to change my pass and, it worked. Though when going back into my account, nothing.

email is support@swtor.com but to remove a security key manually it needs to be over the phone so they verify you are the account holder, skype is best if not local its free

I gather you have the new app now and the serial shouldn't work on the new one I do not think
They changed from Vasco Digipass to RFC 6238 TOTP around June 2015
