Need help with my subscription being inactive after buying it and cartel coins have not arrived either. i have no way of contacting support due to having to call out of my current country wich will be 2 dollars per minute and i need to be a subscriber to open a ticket. i-m completely lost. my in game name is fedorameister

Resubbed on the swtor website 15 mins ago. Site and bank account shows a subscription was purchased, but still shown as an inactive sub on the website and still preferred on the game screen.

When swtor.com didn't accept my debit card to purchase an subscription I linked my swtor account to my steam account and bought a subscription on steam. However my account is still registered as Inactive. Does it take longer to register subscriptions through steam or is there a bug that doesn't allow steam subscriptions?

@norgehaterea Steam subscriptions are a 50/50, hit or miss

Also, make sure you send the email with the email linked to your SWTOR account

I've been playing SWTOR for a few weeks now and have been enjoying it. Decided to subscribe so I loaded up the SWTOR website to subscribe. Payment went through, so I loaded up the game on steam. Still says im not a subscriber? I have my account linked so there should be no issue there. Any ideas?

I bought 60 days of subscription but didn't get the subscriber status. Got an email for cartel coins that come with the subscription but didn't get the benefits of a subscription in game. Website shows "inactive" although the payment was taken from my bank account. Can I get some help on this problem?

Bought 60 days of SWTOR subscription time and got an email saying my subscription was changed but it still shows as "Inactive" and and in game I am still preferred status. Need help please

As per the title, bought a 60-day one time pass on the SWTOR website (NOT through Steam). This was for standalone client on Windows. Account still shows inactive subscription and no subscriber features in game are active.
