Im having the exact same problem as everyone else. I tried to buy the subscription through swtor website so many times, didn"t work. Tried to buy it through steam and steam took all my money, while giving me no subscription. This is ridiculous, I just want to subscribe to the game. It should not take me 3 hours to navigate and figure out what to do for something so trivial.

recommend not to try purchasing until you know how to resolve the account issue

Have flagged to check the account and they can see your email , response will be in about 3 hrs when support are online for the day

Hello!
I'm another victim of this issue.
Steam said it's all fine and dany while blaiming EA/SW:Tor support. I've already sent and email to [edit: email address removed] without any reply.
My account name is: Grimuald, linked with steam same email, name etc.

You will need to call swtor support when the phone lines are open to fix an account issue on that swtor account

When i checked they couldn't see an email from the email you have attached to the swtor account , have the screenshots handy when you call and ask to upload to a case due to the email not arriving

Hi, on May 31 I made the purchase of the subscription through Steam, as I did not receive it I sent them an email. Then I called support by phone and after the call they sent me an email with instructions. I sent the screenshots on Wednesday June 1st as it said in the email they sent me after the phone call. But I still don't have any answer, it's been several days since I sent the email, I would like to know how long it takes to get an answer?
My SW:TOR name is: Matype

I am unable to check here until Tuesday due to a bank holiday for support , however email response should not be longer then say 48 hrs normally
The English Phone line will be open on Monday if you prefer not to wait for a response here

Support cant add any gametime until the below is done
To fix the account You need to reset the password on the linked EA account persona "altries" that account uses a "different yahoo email to swtor" , but is a yahoo.com email
use the following link (insert the yahoo email) to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
let me know if you get this sorted and can recheck

Ok I reset the password and logged into the account. Is there anything else I needed to do?
- 2 years ago@proxos666 Hello. Like the others i have the same issue. I sent the email to support as instructed with the 3 screenshots from steam. I also made an EA account just now. I have the swotr account since 2012 and last time i played was 2017. I activated my characther and purcheased 90 days sub. Tried to call support in UK but i got the message that they are not available. Is there anything further i can do?

support have added the gametime , you will need to relog
if not done so yet , you need to cancel the swtor subscription on your steam account , it can be repurchased after this gametime ends

Support said the account is fine , they also cant see an email for the steam purchase , but if it was sent from an email address different to what is on the swtor account , they wont be able to tell its in the queue
edit: support can see the email was handled now and you have the 90 days added so thats good to hear
