Hi I`ve purchased a Subscription from steam.. emaild them the problem on the 1st of feb. trough the same e-mail I use for the game account with the 2 pics still no response as of yet.

Hi, I also purchased a subscription yesterday morning hours from Steam with account still only being preffered.
Emailed yesterday to support_AT_swtor.com but no answer yet.
Email address is same as (this) EA Account, Steam Account and SWTOR account (Feb 2nd, 14:28 UTC, title "My Steam Subscription does not work").

No mail is seen , try resending using the gmx on the swtor account and let me know when sent and i can see if it arrived ok

I just redid but first email was also from that address...
support_AT_swtor.com is the correct support address?Source address (I reconfirmed in accout detials on swtor page) is Wo..._DOT_An..._AT_gmx.de or is another one saved I cannot see?

Support are adding the gametime so you should be good now
be sure to cancel the subscription in the steam account , you can repurchase on steam once the current gametime is done
