No mail is seen , try resending using the gmx on the swtor account and let me know when sent and i can see if it arrived ok
I just redid but first email was also from that address...
support_AT_swtor.com is the correct support address?
Source address (I reconfirmed in accout detials on swtor page) is Wo..._DOT_An..._AT_gmx.de or is another one saved I cannot see?
