Swtor STEAM subscription not working

Bought a subscription on Steam, but its not activated in game. Accounts linked, send an email at SWTOR support but there was no answer (Email is send from adress used with my SWTOR account). SWTOR...

I also have a problem with steam subscription, I did send email with screenshots my account is linked. My username is MrocznyBigB.

how long ago was the email sent , when i checked there was no email seen from your swtor email address
