I just received an email from the SWTOR support and it said that my email wasnt attached to any SWTOR account idk what to do now because that the only email i use for SWTOR any recommendations? @proxos666

Not sure unless you forward your emails , give swtor support a call when the lines are open and discuss it with them

Hello.
I've bought sub via Steam Yesterday and it's still not working.
I've sent e-mail with screens and there's no respond.
Account name is reireiizo and mail was sent from [edit: email address removed]

Day Three of being preferred and not a subscribed member after buying a subscription thru Steam. This is becoming a joke.
- Emailed, no response.
- Gone thru Steam Support, can't do anything cause I need that emailed response.
- Can't buy a subscription thru the website, cause it's bugged out due to the Steam purchase.

Just note the screens you posted on AHQ do not have the steam ID needed per the sticky
let me know when yo uhave resent the email using the email on your swtor account , and i can check they have it ok

I did just that and they told me to call them. I literally started the e-mail telling them that I couldn't get through to them.
I sent both the screenshots. How hard can it be?

can be very hard if people dont call support when they are asked too ....
If they have asked you to call it means there is an account issue that needs fixing first and needs to be done via the phone, no gametime can be added to that account not even by support whne the account is disabled for purchasing, good indication is you cannot buy a sub on swtor.com

Indeed they did. Really happy with the outcome (so much so that I already asked for more help regarding a lost char of mine). Thanks for the help mate 🙂
