Have an issue with Steam subscription. Am I too impatient or it should work immediately?
My account is still Free-To-Play. I know there are problems with Steam subs, but my account is linked to swtor, so wondering where is a problem.
Sometime there can be a delay but if nothing appears after an hour , email per https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/INFO-Steam-Purchase-Not-Working/td-p/9356718/jump-to/first-unread-message
- @proxos666 Thanks for responding. I already emailed [edit: email address removed] and emailed Steam. No response so far. I would like to think it's just delay, but it's almost 8 hours since I bought the sub.
Have flagged to check the account for issues and they see your email
response will be in the next 3 - 4 hours when support are online here for the day
Account has no issue , however they cant see an email from your swtor email
try resending the screenshots per https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/INFO-Steam-Purchase-Not-Working/td-p/9356718/jump-to/first-unread-message let me know when sent and i can check if they get it ok
@proxos666 im saving the same problems for my subscription. can you check or see what is wrong with it?
