SWTOR Stuttering Sound

I have been trying to play SWTOR for over 6months now and everytime I play I get this horrible stuttering sound, mostly when character are talking in cut scenes and combat. I have been searching for answers to this fix and can't find any. my PC specs are as follows:  I have windows 10, processor is an Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790K CPU @ 4.00 GHz, 16GB of RAM, GPU is GeForce GTX 950 and I have a 64-bit operating system. Also attached is my DXDIAG

    Have you tried connecting the speakers direct to the mother board ? (This is just to narrow down what is occurring)

    Sound over Nvidia drivers through HDMI on the video card have been known to stutter ...

    Best way to test this , is  to test with speakers direct to the motherboard and disable the Nvidia Audio drivers

    basically need to go into device manager and disable the below and obviously enable Realtek etc

    NVIDIA High Definition Audio -- Disable
    NVIDIA Virtual Audio Device -- Disable

    Side thing if your not using the Nvidia Streamer service, go into windows services and disable the Nvidia streamer service it is reported as crashing a bit in the dxdiag.

    My computer monitor has a built in speaker which is all connected through an HDMI cable, but I can try a different set with an aux cable.

    @JeffKolesar

    Let me know how it goes, if it proves to be confined to over the HDMI unsure the way to sort at this stage

    maybe best to google Nvidia HDMI sound stutter , if I think of anything I'll let you know

    Dont forget to check for a bios update for the motherboard as well
