Same problem here need help or bw dont want money?
My US-based Visa Debit card, issued by Chase Bank, is "not compatible" with their system - according to three separate calls to customer service and two to my bank.
Nevermind that every time I attempt the charge, a $1 holding charge is made against my card, and that goes through perfectly fine.

Maybe tie that card to a paypal account ?

There will always be poeple with this problem, on a public forum can only suggest try a different payment method eg paypal, check account details match the card details.
Other then that may need to buy from amazon or similar which has 60 day cards etc.
CS phone numbers are at this link , account issues can only be discussed over the phone, there is no help that a forum can provide on this other the check the stuff above.
