support have asked you to resend screenshots as per shown in the guide, the ones you sent got rejected
I sent a new one when yesterday after I saw previous wasn't ok

support has the email and its in the queue for an agent, so just need to wait for their reply

I have the same issue. Bought a subscription via paypal on the SWTOR site. Status is closed but the subscription is still marked as inactive.
I checked that the email on SWTOR and EA are the same. What else needs to be done?

Swtor account displayname ? or is it ok now sometimes there can be a delay on the swtor website

- @proxos666 Hi, I also have the issue purchased "Join the fight" bundle on steam and did not receive anything on my account. I have followed this post: https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/INFO-Steam-Purchase-Not-Working/m-p/9356718#M61159 . Is it still valid? If so how long do I have to wait. Thank you!

Support have your email, you will need to resend new screenshots though as the ones you sent were cropped at the top
be sure they show as seen in the guide
