These are the images I sent to support:
I took the full UI of steam App and they still say it is invalid. It contain all the information as the sample on the topic. The response was generic and did not say what was missing. Please help

Hi. I have questions about subcription. When i want to purchase it, it gave me a massage that following "There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support for further assistance.". Maybe it's because my EA account that the game was linked to has been inactivated. Because when I try to restore it by mail, the email does not arrive. I am writing now from another account. And I want to ask if it is possible to transfer my swtor account to another EA account. Or at least let them reactivate my old account that the game was linked to. I am not able to call the technical service. If you need an account name, I can provide it
Already solved my problem by myself.
Hello sir. I bought in Steam 30-day subscription, but it doesnt activated in the game. I've all ready sent a email to [edit: email address removed] with screenshots could you check it please?

Swtor support have your email regarding the steam purchase but cant add gametime until the below is sortedThe linked ea account has been disabled, and uses a Mail.ru email address, not Gmail
use this link (insert the Mail.ru email address into that link) to reset the password then login on that EA account
Use incognito mode with chrome or delete the browser cache and cookies if the error persists
If you dont have access to the mail.ru email, you are best to call swtor support when the lines are open, they can help update the email on that account

I've signed in to the current user account based on mail.ru email, by your link, and changed the password, now i have access to it.
But
One thing is strange, why do they synch my old account without my mobile phone and other information based on mail.ru, which is even not connected to my current steam, where I bought the subscrition?
Actually I'm using Gmail in swtor account with the display name “SnakeRomario” and Steam as well based on gmail. And my mobile number is connected only to gmail account “SnakeRomario”, not to mail.ru account “Mursielago”.
So i need a Subscription on "gmail ea account", not to "mail.ru ea account”.
What should i do now? Tnx a lot for you timespendind on help.So the current situation is that my display named acc "SnakeRomario" is connected to Steam, both of them based on gmail.com, and I'm not using old mail.ru "Mursielago" disp name and it's not connected to steam.
I called to UK customer support, they helped me to solve this problem. Operator said that subscruption will be active in 2 days. Tnx you guys for your help!
- myron_vrstg1 year agoRising Newcomer@proxos666 please help me too, i have subscribed but did not get activated, when i want to contact anybody i get in a loop where i am sent to EA support back to steam support back to EA support etc.
