SWTOR Support could be better
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the limited support options available for Star Wars: The Old Republic. At this time, it appears that the only method to contact support for account access issues is by phone. Unfortunately, I am unable to make international calls, which leaves me without any way to resolve my situation.
I recently changed phone and am now unable to access my account due to the active security key tied to my old device. Since I cannot call your support line from my country, I have no way to remove the security key or regain access to my account.
I respectfully request that you consider providing alternative support channels—such as email, live chat, or a secure online form—so that players outside the supported calling regions can receive assistance when needed. As a long-time player, it is disheartening to feel locked out of my account simply because I cannot place an international call.
