Hey SpiritGaming501 were you able to contact the SWTOR support team as was suggested by proxos666 if so can you let us know if you're still having the same issue or if they were able to resolve this for you?
I was able to reach out my suspension was lifted. It was too my knowledge a false chargeback issue. But I'd like to confirm if it was a billing issue or a conduct issue. If I can be told as such through email if possible? So that I can see about if that infraction can be cleaned off my record. It doesn't show in the violations tool ea has, just wanted to see what I was dealing with and why the suspension happened. I can forward the email chain with any proof plus the conversation with bioware disputes at their email address.

Absoltuely, if you follow the directions that proxos666 provided you can get in touch with SWTOR suport directly. As for what to ask for just be sure to be clear about your issue.
