SWTOR Verify Bug

I have only 2 characters and my email address is verified on swkot dot com. But when I start playing on one character its starts, loads and runs fine.

On my other character, it pops up the email address verification needed window, and when I click it, and it goes to the swtor site, and tells me its already verified but the character still won't play. I get the verify window box everytime I press Play. Please fix this!!!

I was using steam when I first got the problem, so I uninstalled and installed the standalone version and the problem continues. How do you expect people to subscribe to receive support, if the dang verify bug exists? I'm not send you money, when I can't even get in game.
