The EA Billing and Management services cannot be accessed .........

Been trying for the last two days to get a subscription for the game and keep getting, The EA Billing and Management services cannot be accessed at this time. Please try again later.

Not real sure what the issue is when I can read where others are subscribing without any issues.

    It's possible your bank is blocking the charge. Have you considered buying a time card and using the code?

    No blocks on bank account or game account. When I go through the rejoin button to get subscription I keep getting,
