The EA Billing and Management services cannot be accessed at this time.

Hello, when i'm trying to enter a code or to subscribe it shows me an error: "The EA Billing and Management services cannot be accessed at this time. Please try again later." or  "SWTOR.com is temp...

    @soully94 

    You need to reset the password on the linked EA account with the persona: sully94240 that account uses a gmail email , different mail from swtor

    use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

    use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

Thanks. I have not used that account in years. I had no idea that was even an issue. I will check into fixing that account.

If I cannot figure out how to access that old account, is there any way to sever it from Darrow987 and Kettering?

Sorry for the delay but I have been without power and internet since 4m Monday.

    unfortunately not , it will break the swtor account if tried to transfer

      Then can I use my Steam account to link to my SWTOR account and subscribe that way?

        My Steam account is not linked so perhaps not.
