The floor and walls graphics keep turning into blobs?

When I play swtor anywhere I go the floors, walls, character clothing, keep turning into blobs. They don't stretch around or anything its just turning into very very bad looking objects. I cant find ...

just did the update and upgrade. It didn't work but thank you so much for trying to help me. I appreciate your help
