The unlock Artifact Equipment Authorization was not received in my inventory.

Hello! My account SyaSya In the game SWTOR.

I'm not a subscriber, but I paid money for additional options.

I purchased on June 7, 2017 with Cartel Coins In the amount of 2700 the Artifact Equipment Authorization (Account).

In my inventory, there was no element to unlock for Authorization: Artifact Equipment.

The unlock was not received in my inventory.

At the same time 2700 Cartel Coins have been debited from my account.

What is the problem? How do I get the required unlock, for which I paid 2700 Cartel Coins?

Note: English is not my language.

    Go to the Char on witch you purchased the Unlock, open the Cartel Market on the left bottom Side is an Unclaimed Item section,

    Claim the Unlock from there and then activated it from the inventory.

    If you can't find it on any Char you can send an mail to support@swtor.com assking for an refund or restoration of the Unlock.

    I saw the panel on which the purchased unlock was.
