If your not receiving the email then you'll need to contact customer service. For security purposes they cannot assist with account related issues via the forum. You may contact them using the information below:
For details on how to contact SWTOR support you can follow the steps outlined in this article here: How to get help with STAR WARS™: The Old Republic™
[CM Edit - Edited post to provide an article on how to contact support for STAR WARS™: The Old Republic™ - EA_Illium]
Simply set the country to U.S.A and you can call them for free

Is there any way to contact them via email?
You will get an email shortly. This is in response to the recent exploit that players participated in. If you log into your account at swtor.com you will not be able to access or change your account settings because you are temporarily suspended. It takes time for them to send these emails. All the instructions will tell you is that you have been suspended/banned from the servers for a specific amount of time. If you have issues with your account that you would like to discuss you have to send an email to swtoraccountdisputes @ bioware.com. Customer Service does not deal with Terms of Service violations.

And, while it is infintesimally possible that there was a false positive, the only way to clear that up would be to email at the previously mentioned email address.
I received this error this morning myself. To say that I am shocked that my account would be suspended in an understatement.
I have received no email from SWTOR about a suspension. I phoned Customer Service (from Australia, via Skype thankfully. Thank you for that information, Belgorad) and was told about the suspension and they have no information as to the reasons behind it. I received the instructions to email swtoraccountdisputes@... which I have done and now await a reply. Customer Service was unable to tell me how long that is likely to take.
I guess the reason for this post (apart from being outraged) is to provide some feedback. Should you suspend an account, Bioware/EA, perhaps that suspension should take effect once the reason for that suspension has already been communicated to the account holder. I think even if I were a dodgy exploiter, I'd still expect at least that level of respect.
