Thats the message i see when I try to login to my old account, made several years back. Unfortunately, the mail is not coming. I was trying to call some support numbers listed in "contact us" section in swtor forum, but none works. I cant use in-game support as Im not a subscriber, and I cant even buy subscription as I cant login, to get support. Please help.
You can call swtor cs and see if they can help advise what the issue actually is (it depends on what is the reason) otherwise that disputes email is the way to go.
