Your account has been sent to studio for fixing ( there is no timeframe ) they should email when it is fixed
to subscribe for now, if you install the game via steam and login and play on a character to be sure the accounts are linked , you can then subscribe via steam whilst this gets sorted

I am not on Steam. I use the old swtor.com website for all of my account issues. I was randomly unsubscribed from my automatic monthly payment plan. I cannot re-subscribe on the swtor.com website. I just get an error telling me to post on the support forum. I cannot call the support number as I am not American and my phone plan does not support international calling. I don't know what else to do.
You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has no persona (not HaoZhao1 that your posting on now) that EA account uses a @mun email address ( email is different from swtor)
use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

I got the very same issue - can't purchase a subscription and cannot even remember what e-mail is linked to my EA account if that's the case (though it sends a link to some e-mail via reset password for my persona, I guess?)
I suspect the e-mail could have been either on Gmail or Yahoo since those were the domains I used almost a decade ago for my gaming accounts. Other than that - whoops.

I having issues subscribing as well. When i try to subscribe or use a one time code it tells me there is an error with my EA account. I have also changed my EA password and no help.

Today I decided to subscribe (for 60 days), the money was debited from the card, but the subscription did not appear. The order status is open. Several hours have passed and the situation has not changed.

you will need to open a ticket via help.ea.com for a banned EA/Origin account , the account AzuraNiteShadow your posting on now is banned
Support said the account is ok to purchase now, they have placed the recent purchase in the refund queue so it will get refunded when it closes in the system
