Hello, I am having the same issue. My SWTOR name is xXx_Jesus_xXx
I made the name with a friend as a joke years ago I know its stupid hahaha.
I have been inactive for awhile and have in the past few days only begun being active again could this be part of the issue?

Your account has been sent to studio for fixing ( there is no timeframe )
to subscribe for now, if you install the game via steam and login and play on a character to be sure the accounts are linked , you can then subscribe via steam whilst this gets sorted

i was having trouble with subscribing to the game (i got the There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. so i bought a code from origin to redeem on my account and when i try to redeem it it says the same message.
i don't know what i am supposed to do
my swtor name is snirds

hello, i'm having the same issue. Changing pass and the other stuff didn't help, so i reinstalled the game in steam and tried to subscribe through it, steam shows active subscription, money from the card are gone and there is still no subscription in the game. I also tried to send screenshots and swtor id to [edit: email address removed] but its been 4 or 5 days now yet still no answer.

Your account has been sent to the studio to get fixed , this is due to unable to subscribe via swtor.com
you can subscribe via steam , noting the failed purchase made though steam though (likley due to accounts not fully linked at the time),
and support do not have that email try resending the email to support@swtor.com from the email on the swtor account , be sure attachments are under 4mblet me know and i can check if that email arrives ok
