Changing pass and the other stuff didn't help, so i reinstalled the game in steam and tried to subscribe through it, steam shows active subscription, money from the card are gone and there is still no subscription in the game. I also tried to send screenshots and swtor id to [edit: email address removed] but its been 4 or 5 days now yet still no answer.

Your account has been sent to the studio to get fixed , this is due to unable to subscribe via swtor.com
you can subscribe via steam , noting the failed purchase made though steam though (likley due to accounts not fully linked at the time),
and support do not have that email try resending the email to support@swtor.com from the email on the swtor account , be sure attachments are under 4mblet me know and i can check if that email arrives ok

Still no email (think it maybe due to the email being html based), anyways support have sent an email to (edit) to your swtor account email
let me know if you know the email address of that account and get their email ok

I got the support email. They asked me to look for a ticket they opened on my ea accout. But my ticket list is empty 🙂 , maybe this is due to my swtor - ea link problem. I tried to reply to their letter with screenshots, maybe now it'll work - proxos6664 years agoHero+
The EA account has the persona dartdimca not diminorik

I have the same problem.
Username: Revianblue - proxos6664 years agoHero+
there is an issue with the linked EA / Origin account that account has the persona revianblue , mail is different to swtor and is a hotmail email
you are best opening a ticket at help.ea.cpm for an issue with an origin account , that needs to be sorted to fix the account issue

Having the same problem, already reset password and tried a different browser. Username is Kings_of_Death

@proxos666EA customer support asked account verification code twice, that is all that happened in last 3 days.
I'm not even sure if they received my reply on email or not.
Maybe, my issue will be solved if i change my verified e-mail to hotmail one? - 4 years ago
same problem

this was via help.ea.com for an issue with an origin account , that needs to be sorted to fix the account issue
that EA account is not the account your posting on now , the linked EA account has the persona: revianblue and uses a hotmail email
changing email addresses does not change linkage between EA/Origin accounts and Swtor Accounts and can use different emails

Your account has been sent to studio for fixing ( there is no timeframe ) they will email when sorted
to subscribe for now, if you install the game via steam and login and play on a character to be sure the accounts are linked , you can then subscribe via steam whilst this gets sorted
