There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account

Hello! "Old" swtor player here, I would like to get back in to the game and get my swtor subscription working, but nothing seems to work and I run to the same message everytime: "There is an issu...

Sorry to see you running into this.

Considering your account has been inactive for a while it might just have been disabled due to inactivity.

If you've already emailed SWTOR support they should get back to you as soon as possible. If you've got in touch with EA Help you may need to get in touch with SWTOR support directly. I'll include some links here to help you get in touch.

For assistance with another country please check out: Getting help with SW:TOR from another country

Get in touch with SWTOR support, they should be able to look into this with you and figure out what needs to be done to get you back up and running and into the game.

@EA_Rtas I cant contact SWTOR support because I'm not subscribed and I can't subscribe because I can't contact SWTOR support. GG.

  @a44ce6198cf28a84 You can absolutely still contact support via the links I provided above even without being subscribed.
  
  That restriction applies to creating a ticket in game.
