Hi. I have two issues. 1. How could I refund the cartel purchase? My little brother does some weird things and I want to refund the cartel purchase.  2. I could not Redeem any promo code. How can I...

they have a phone line and an email support@swtor.com , you can email them but they will just ask you to call them
