Unable to Access SWTOR Account Linked to Steam
Hello,
A long time ago I created a Star Wars: The Old Republic account that was linked to Steam. Unfortunately, I no longer remember the username or password. I am certain the account was created with an email ending in @hotmail.com.ar.
The problem is that the system does not seem to accept this type of email domain. Whenever I try to recover or verify my account, the verification email never arrives. This means I cannot confirm my username, reset my password, or access the account in any way.
Since the account is already linked to Steam, I cannot simply create a new one to play the game. What I would like is either:
- To have the old account deleted so I can create a new one with a valid email (e.g., @gmail.com), or
- To have the Steam link removed from the old account so I can link a new account instead.
Right now I am completely locked out of the game because of this issue. Please advise on how I can proceed.
