Unable to buy cartel coins on new account w/60 day subscription.

I am new to SWTOR and have been playing for 4 days.    I got a 60 day subscription on the first day, paid via credit card and that worked fine.  A couple of days later I wanted to update look via ...

    Swtor support advise initially waiting a full 24hrs before attempting again, it appears to be the automated security system at this point , and it can clear if no attempts in a full 24hr period.

    if that doesn't help CS can see you have an ticket in the queue and they will look at it deeper if still an issue when the ticket gets picked up from the queue and they will respond back by email.

        Thanks for the suggestion.   I had been trying multiple times per day, but all attempts failed...I will wait until Wednesday morning which will be around 36 hours since last attempt, and then try again.
