Unable to log in a character and missing a free transfer

For the first issue you will need to call customer service to see if it got used or you had a free transfer or what happened.

Once they authenticate your account they should be able to see what happened.

see db woodynz post here with a link to numbers and how to use skype if you have it.

Using skype with that contact is a free call to the best of my knowledge, that number is only available as per the hours listed (Support available from 9.00 CT - 21.00 CT) so need to confirm time zone etc

As for the second issue did you log out of that character while in a strong hold or guild flagship.  If not there may just be an issue with the character in general.

For that if your a subscriber submit an in-game ticket on another character and provide the character name and server you are having the issue with and they should be able to resolve it. You will need to be a subscriber to submit an in-game ticket.

If you are not a subscriber email the same information to [email protected].

  Ok, thank you for the info. No, I'm not a subscriber yet, I was thinking of getting back in the game but I encountered some severe issues (those mentioned + extreme pop drop). So basically, I just need to mail them.

See if the below steps bring the free transfer back 

1. Log into your account page.
2. Click Character transfer.
3. Select origin server, character and destination. It will say it costs cartel coins but proceed anyway.
4. On the following screen it will tell you if you can proceed with the transfer and there will be a button to go back and change settings. Click there.
5. Now you should see the transfer listed as free.
