I tried to log in and it said error. I went to change my password and when I tried it kept telling my error occured. I know my password was right it is the same since launch and my security key is still working.
In the game folder is a log folder can you provide the latest launcher log , can see what it is recording
Also if you leave the security key blank and just use username and password does it go to the screen asking for the key or error ?
Im coming back after a while too i still have my key but i cant find my password. im tring to change the password through the website and im getting the " error occurred" as well.

If there is an error even when leaving the key blank likely means the password is wrong
If there is an error when resetting the password it likely means the key is wrong
If you have both password and key wrong (or account is suspended) then calling (link to numbers) is the best option to get back into the account
The current security key is 6 digits and does not require the swtor app to be used see this link if still having the old 8 digit key
