Unable to log in

Question

I decided to come back to the game - but my initial experience is making me regret this decision!!

I reset my password... but whenever I try to log in via the client I just get a message that says 'there is a problem with your account - please check your email for further instructions'.

That's fine... but I don't get any emails. I've checked junk mails too and there's nothing in there. This is getting infuriating.

I'd contact support, but from what I can see there's NO WAY for a non-subscriber to contact support - only to submit a question here.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

The error of "there is a problem with your account" means that your account has been either suspended or banned for some reason. &nbsp;You can call Customer Service to see if they can remove the ban / suspension. &nbsp;Customer Service is available by phone even if you are not a subscriber. &nbsp;If it is a simple issue, they may just be able to resolve it.

I would call first to see if they can resolve it. &nbsp;If not then follow the steps in the above link.
