Unable to Log In

I have been trying to log into my account for a month now and every time I get this message ''The Display Name, Password, or Security Key you have entered is incorrect.''

I know I'm using the right log in info because i can log into the SWTOR website just fine using the same display name and password, which I already tried resetting twice. I never had a Security Key so that can't be it either. It simply doesn't let me log into the launcher.
