EA support do not handle swtor account issues you will need to call swtor support when the lines are open to put a new email on the account or create a new account

Unable to log in

Long story short.

No access to email registered with game account
No access to phone number registered with game account
Remember my Display name of game account
Do not remember my password
Cannot find a way to reset both password and Email associated with account
