Unable to login to swtor

My account name and password are correct as I can still login to origin with them, however when I try to login to swtor it says they are wrong, I've tried using both my account name and e-mail addres...

    @cr103 

    Email address is not used for the login has not been the case for a number of years.

    If the launcher mentions email address then the launcher is not up to date 

    Have you tried a password reset per this link to see if that has an effect 

    you can call swtor cs and they can help sort out what is occurring for you too,

@proxos666 Yeah I just mean I had tried both my email and my account name to login but neither worked, im not sure what im supposed to be dialling for support as when I tried to call the uk support number nothing happened, the phone didn't even ring.

    @cr103 

    most countries would dial [removed by CM] need to dial your telco exit code usually 00 then 44 is the country code and [removed by CM] is the number

      @proxos666 I dialled +[removed by CM], and that worked and they sorted my issue, the number that didn't work was +[removed by CM], the 0 after the 44 wasn't needed

        Glad to hear it is sorted, the (0) is only needed if you are living in the UK
