Unable to Patch or Install 4.4: Profit and Plunder

I've tried and tried again, with all suggested things. Clearing DNS, Diskcheck, etc. I've opened ports, I've added exceptions to my AVG. Countless things.

But It just wont do anything. The issue is though I don't get an error message. It just sits. No progress, No pause button, no KB/s.

The games worked before this, so I really don't know why it isn't now! I'd love to play, but this is really annoying to have to deal with.

    At this moment get rid of AVG and an better Virusscanner.

    A lot of EA Games have Problems with AVG, this started a few weeks ago.

    Even when disabled, or shut right off though It still persists. I've known that AVG's a picky SOB when it comes to games. More then just EA ones, for me.

    Can you add:

    dxdiag, LauncherLog and UOTracerRoute?

    That would give as an better incline what is happening.

    The easy solution, I think, would be to get rid of Bitraider. This would mean an complete re download of the Game.

    You are starting the Game with Admin rights? You have enough space (25GB) on your HDD?

    If you will try to repair the Game (could be faster) try the Launcher Repair Tool found in the swtor directory.

    If that doesn't help delete the Bitaraider Folder, after that you could try changing the host dat to an different patch server.

    One thing please don't play without Internet Security. Only choose some at least halfway descent for Gaming.

    Alright, Took out AVG, have Avira in instead to test that. Still same song and dance there.

    Has Admin rights, BitRaider Folder deleted. The Launcher fixer ran. 911BG's free. Hosts changed. Still the same.

    I must reeeaaallly be doing something wrong! Baha.

    Kill that thing, the Bitraider is sadly often an Problem and as an Torrent Client sometimes it gets ugly.

    @belgorad, @proxos666, Can you think of something I overlooked?

    This file correct? The top one. I delete it and it comes back once it loads the 'Patching' part of the launcher. I'm assuming it's supposed to.

    But Other then that I don't have it as a Torrenting Client.

    I've also included a screen of the launcher itself, as this is the state it stays in no matter what happens. Just to give a better idea!

    Oh. I've done something. And now it works.

    I just.. wish i knew what I did. 😞

    I thank you for all of your help! I'm going to assume it was the changing it over to non-streaming that finally kicked in.
