Also suffering from the same issue, I have changed passwords on both my SWTOR account and my Origin account. Also made sure they both are the same email address as they were different. I think mine maybe because the two aren't linked. I know I merged one Origin account to another (this one) some years back and wondered if this has caused an issue. As changing my SWTOR email address and password never seemed to effect the Origin one.

You will have a disabled origin account that requires a password reset,

and logging into origin with rynhorn
I did, but the game wasn't even in the Origin Library unlike this one. And it still gives me a maintenance error when trying to process a subscription.
Ok the account should be good now if you reset that accounts password
issue now will be a browser one, try clearing cache and cookies in that web browser or use another web browser
